The Blue Screen of Death - LOL - No kidding

"I had to get rescued from Chepstow to Gloucester trying to get back from the Pink Car Rally, by the time we got back to Gloucester and tried to start the car we got what i can only describe as the blue screen of death - anyone else ever had this?

She was just really really thirsty! Everything back to normal this morning.

Last night though - Oh boy! - she was a dead weight with no power steering, took three big blokes to push her up the drive, just managed to get her in the garage before she lost power to the hand brake and it clamped on. Well what i mean by clamped on - I was using the hand brake to help us push her up the drive in stages, then finally there was no power to release the brake, so i am guessing that it is a fail safe type thing when stationary - possibly - not sure - out of my depth with the technical stuff. "

Vale a pena ler as mensagens todas daquele tópico do forum; Por min ainda acho o aviso pouco incomodativo, para alguem que para
tentar bater recordes sem ter o minimo de conhecimentos técnicos ( lá vê-se que gastaram as baterias de tração completamente ( alem
do Turtle Mode ) e continuaram, o que leva á perda de toda a segurança do veículo ( falta de ABS, servos vários, airbags, até travões
de parque, que são alimentados em última análise pela bateria de chumbo de 12 v ). É DESMASIADO

Não foi a tentar bater recordes sem conhecimento. Foi sim um azar, ou mais uma destas situações que não se deviam passar de carregadores avariados!

Por esse motivo é que cada vez que vou á terra da minha mulher ( 230 Km para cada lado ), levo o Chicote da Avó ( até agora utilizei um emprestado pela Nissan, porque ainda não disponibilizaram nenhum para venda ou doação ).
E foi precisamento porque os 6 carregadores da mobi-e em Santarem estavam desligados, que demorei 12 horas na primeira ida, porque fui carregar
na garagem de um individuo que me ofereceu os ditos electrões ( 3 horas para repôr os electrões correspondentes a 32 Km, do trajeto Aveiras - Santarem.
